Our premises will be closed and No intervention, technical assistance, or hardware support will be provided..
All requests received, regardless of the channel used (email, phone, WhatsApp, SMS, contact form, etc.will be recorded and processed as soon as possible upon our reopening.

Warranty
If your product's warranty expires during our closing period, please send your request to sav@helvetdigital.ch before your warranty expires.
The date of receipt of your email will be the official date, and your file will be processed upon our reopening.
