The warranty period will be informed to you by a HelvetDigital employee and will also be written on the invoice given to the customer at the end of the file, because the warranty periods can vary according to the type of device and the manufacturer. The warranty period begins on the date indicated on the invoice. Any negotiations of the warranty period in any way are excluded. The purchaser is obliged to report any defects to HelvetDigital immediately and to follow the instructions for replacement or repair. Defective goods must be sent or delivered by the purchaser to a return location communicated by HelvetDigital, regardless of weight or size. The costs and risks of such transport shall be borne by the client.<\/p>\n<p>2 - The warranty service can only be claimed via the following services: Website via the contact page, email, telephone which are also available on this one<\/p>\n<p>3 - Excluded from this warranty are damages caused by : <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Drops, shocks, blows, collisions, pressure, heat, prolonged exposure to sunlight, cold, liquids, dirt, dust, mud, damage caused by the purchaser's attempts at self-repair and any other damage whatsoever resulting in the breakage of the device.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>4 - Damage due to transport must be reported in writing to the post office and to us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods at the latest. We are not responsible for defects resulting from improper handling, normal wear and tear or external factors. HelvetDigital reserves the right to give no warranty for services that will be or are performed on a device that is originally in poor working condition.<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p356\">2 - HelvetDigital reserves the right at any time to cancel the warranty before, during or after a repair.<\/span><span id=\"p357\">\u00a0In general, this occurs in the following cases:<\/span><span id=\"p358\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> the device is badly damaged, the device has already been opened and repaired by the customer or a third party repairer not belonging to the HelvetCompany group of companies, the device has suffered partial or irreversible damage that could prevent it from functioning completely, the use of counterfeit or compatible parts that could damage the device, the use of accessories that are not in accordance with the regulations or that could cause a malfunction and any other damage caused by the customer<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p192\">3 -
