The installation of spare parts and accessories may damage or destroy the customer's product (e.g. cell phone) and invalidate the manufacturer's warranty. HelvetDigital is not liable for such damage, its direct or indirect consequences, or for loss of warranty. In particular, HelvetDigital is not liable for the client's loss of profit or other financial losses,

4 - HelvetDigital has no influence if items are withdrawn from the program by their suppliers and are therefore no longer available or if their type, design or price has changed. If HelvetDigital offers a replacement item from the supplier at the same price, HelvetDigital will inform the customers. Claims for damages for items that are no longer available cannot be asserted against us. HelvetDigital reserves the right to change the prices of individual items.

5 - The general terms and conditions (GTC) are an integral part of the purchase of a repair service via this HelvetDigital platform. The seller is HelvetDigital. The general terms and conditions apply to all our sales contracts, deliveries and services. By ordering products and services from our assortment, the terms and conditions are considered accepted. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions should, for any reason, be invalidated, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. All services and products provided by HelvetDigital for the client are produced exclusively on the basis of the following terms and conditions. Deviating rules are only valid if they are between HelvetDigital.
