1 – At Should the customer lie for his/her own personal or impersonal interests in any way to one or more employees of HelvetDigital, which may cause the company to lose moral or financial value, then an internal investigation will be carried out in accordance with the conditions laid down by HelvetDigital, a company belonging to the HelvetCompany group. If material or immaterial evidence can be provided, the customer may be exposed to serious consequences, followed by criminal proceedings, which will be passed on to the competent authorities.
