Warranty & return
1 - HelvetDigital grants a 5-day basic warranty on repairs and on parts installed or replaced. The warranty period will be informed to you by a HelvetDigital employee and will also be written on the invoice given to the customer at the close of the case, as warranty periods may vary according to the type of device and manufacturer. The warranty period begins on the date indicated on the invoice. Negotiation of the warranty period in any way whatsoever is excluded. The purchaser is obliged to report any defects immediately to HelvetDigital and to follow the instructions for replacement or repair. Defective goods must be sent or delivered by the purchaser to a return location communicated by HelvetDigital, regardless of weight or size. The costs and risks of such transport shall be borne by the customer.

3 - Excluded from this warranty are damages caused by : Drops, shocks, blows, collisions, pressure, heat, prolonged exposure to sunlight, cold, liquids, dirt, dust, mud, damage caused by the purchaser's attempts at self-repair and any other damage whatsoever resulting in the breakage of the device.
4 - Transport damage must be reported in writing to the post office and to us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods at the latest. We are not liable for defects resulting from improper handling, normal wear and tear or external factors. In the case of repairs carried out on goods by ourselves or by third parties without our written consent, the warranty claim against us expires.
1 – Important! Please note that HelvetDigital receives your items in our offices as we are a service company. Qhen we receive a product ordered according to your request, we store it until you pick it up. Therefore, the warranty period starts from the moment we sign the receipt of the package containing your/your articles. The days of storage are to be deducted from the two years of the obligatory or manufacturer's warranty if the products ordered are eligible for this two-year warranty or any other warranty.
2 – After On opening the box, the item is subject to the warranty issued by the manufacturer or seller. Only if the product sold is eligible for a warranty
3 - New products purchased or sold in Switzerland at an authorized dealer are subject to a mandatory 2-year warranty according to (art. 210 para. 1 CO). Except in the case of products already imported by a third party vendor e.g. : smartphone spare parts, electronic spare parts in general. The conditions of guarantee and returns of HelvetDigital are authoritative.
4 – The compatible or counterfeit spare parts, e.g: smartphone, Tablet, are generally not subject to any warranty on the part ofHelvetDigital or our suppliers.
5 – The The only conditions that come into force for the customer to benefit from any spare parts warranty are generally subject to the following conditions: parts ordered and sold by the company HelvetDigitaloriginal parts and ordered from the manufacturer or approved partner, warranty contract drawn up with said approved companies.
6 - Products that have been imported are not subject to this mandatory 2-year warranty.
7 – HelvetDigital cannot provide any warranty for new or imported used products.
8 - Any services performed resulting in a success or failure will be charged to the customer.
9 – According to the article (art. 210 para. 4 CO). HelvetDigital is entitled to exclude the warranty for all or certain types of defects in whole or in part. In the case of a contract between a professional and a person for his private needs, the duration of the guarantee can be extended, but cannot be reduced - except for one year, if it is a sale of second-hand goods

HelvetDigital reserves the right not to give any warranty for services that will be or have been performed on a device that was originally in poor working order.

In general, this occurs in the following cases: excessively damaged equipment, equipment that has already been opened and incorrectly repaired by the customer or by a third-party repairer not belonging to the HelvetCompany group of companies, partial or irreversible damage to the equipment that may prevent it from functioning properly, the use of counterfeit or compatible parts that may damage the equipment, the use of non-compliant or defective accessories that may cause malfunctions and any other damage caused by the customer..

1 - The return conditions are only valid for new products still packed.
2 - New products opened by helvetdigital under the request or authorization of the customer for any reason whatsoever is the full responsibility of the customer.
1 - The return periods apply from the date of dispatch/collection. The date on the invoice is authoritative.
2 - Subject to the exceptions below, items purchased from HelvetDigital can be returned within 5 calendar days.
1 - In the following cases, we unfortunately cannot offer a trade-in:
- Items are damaged (except for shipping damage);
- the product cannot be returned in its original packaging;
- missing accessories,
- Electronic Software Licenses (ESD);
- FOOD;
- electric, hybrid or traditional cars, for purchase or rental;
- open items from the following categories:
- consumables (toners, filters, ink cartridges, etc.) ;
- items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (headphones, toothbrushes, razors, etc.);
- child seats ;
- software whose seal is broken;
- books, DVD ;
- articles used for the preparation or preservation of foodstuffs (blenders, frying pans, conservation boxes, etc.).
1 - To the extent that the product can be returned, the following refund rules apply.
2 - Full refund at purchase price :
- the item is still in its original unopened and undamaged packaging,
- clothing and footwear: refund of the purchase price, if the following conditions are met: no trace of use, clothing labels and original packaging available.
3 - Deduction according to the condition of the goods (minimum 15 %, minimum deduction: 15 CHF) :
- the article has been opened/used

- The packaging of the item is damaged
1 - The shipping costs for the return of items are charged to the customer.
